This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the we1win99 platform, which are binding on all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By registering an account or using any service provided by we1win99, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one we1win99 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same identity, phone number or banking details is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. we1win99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including official Malaysian identification documents.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. we1win99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All we1win99 users are required to comply with the following rules when using the platform:
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activity, fraud or system manipulation.
- Do not attempt to exploit technical errors, bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
- Do not use automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Do not post offensive, defamatory or unlawful content through the platform.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or any unauthorised system information.
- Comply with the minimum age requirement of 18 years for all betting and casino gaming activities.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we1win99 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the we1win99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not directly accept or process payments in foreign currencies — any currency conversion is the responsibility of the user and their bank or e-wallet provider.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the platform at the time, including local bank transfers and supported e-wallets. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method. Funds are typically credited to your account within the specified timeframe; however, we1win99 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable policies. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit is processed. we1win99 reserves the right to delay withdrawals subject to necessary compliance and security checks.
Disputed Transactions
If you notice any unauthorised or unrecognised transactions in your account, contact the we1win99 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Termination
We1win99 is not liable for any financial loss, service disruption or damage arising from use of the platform, including technical outages, cyberattacks or third-party failures. The platform is provided "as is" and while we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
All content, designs, logos, graphics and software on the we1win99 platform are owned by or licensed to we1win99. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any such content without prior written permission.
We1win99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, a breach of terms, a security threat or illegal activity. In the case of a legitimate closure, any undisputed cash balance will be returned to the user in accordance with the applicable procedures.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. we1win99 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
We1win99 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from use of the we1win99 platform shall first be referred to voluntary negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. we1win99's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
